* Enroll in a good product management basics course and learn in a structured way
* Be part of online product management communities and be active in them
* Read articles/blogs/discussion forums on product management
* Use a case study to develop a product using the principles learnt. Identify the improvement areas and learn about them more
* Have a blog on my learning, and ask questions in the communities and take help
* Be in an active network of Product managers where learning are shared, and share your expertise.

* Learn to further master the Ideation process, as it is a crucial step in success of a product manager
* Learn to build different types of product roadmaps
* Learn further on prioritization and build a checklist of factors on which they can usually prioritize the features of a product
* Learn more about what marketing team does and how to be on or interact with the marketing team during the lifecycle of the product
* Understand more about customer interviews and prepare a checklist of questions that will be used
* Learn how analytics is used in product management
* Learn how different from traditional execution and mockups to one during product life cycle
* Learn everything through the help of a mini product case study and seek help from experts in the forums

PM at Ola * Read through email and reply back on urgent emails, and that can be replied quickly * Park the emails in a separate folder that needs some more R&D, or interaction with other teams, or need to reply carefully * Check team chat to check if there are any queries that I need to answer and reply which I can do in 2 mins.
